Time well spent

While laying on my bed feeling a tad ill and not really knowing what to take a photo of, I decided to just take a photo of what I saw above me. Tadaaa.

Spent the day at my aunt’s house in Milton Keynes and this is from the way back. Nothing majorly amazing happened, just a day with family. And yes, I know, I did a light effect photo yesterday. I’ll hold off on doing another for a while, OK?

It looks a bit spazzed because, unlike a couple of the others, I decided to hold the camera slightly higher up to get more of the road, instead of the inside of the car.

I’ve seen light writing/drawing all over flickr so thought i’d give it a shot. Tried a couple of things, with a torch, with a mini little light, various shutter speeds. This isn’t an amazing photo, but it’s a start. Might try this again later in the year.

Ever seen the camera toss group on flickr? Go search for it – there are some amazing photos in there. And while i wasn’t brave enough to physically throw my camera i just wanted to try out what would happen if i had a really slow shutter speed and loosely flicked my camera like a maniac. Voila.
